Raw Maine Honey Collection
Honey shaped by place, season, and what’s blooming in the moment.
Our honey comes from bees foraging across fields, forests, and coastal edges in Maine. Each variety reflects a specific window in the season, when certain plants are in bloom and the conditions line up. The result is honey that changes from batch to batch, not because anything is added, but because the landscape is always shifting.
All of our honey is raw and unfiltered. It’s taken straight from the hive, lightly strained, and never heated. That keeps the natural enzymes, pollen, and structure intact, exactly as the bees made it.
Raw Maine Blueberry Honey
Harvested during blueberry bloom, when bees are working through flowering fields for a short stretch in early summer. Light, soft, and slightly floral with a clean finish.
Raw Maine Wildflower Honey
Made across the full season from a mix of wild forage. More layered in flavor, shaped by everything in bloom at the time it’s harvested.
Raw Maine Raspberry Honey
Produced during a brief window when wild raspberries are flowering in northern Maine. Lighter in body with a subtle fruity edge and limited by the season.
Raw Honey Bears
A smaller, easy-to-use format filled with our wildflower honey. Good for gifting, sampling, or keeping close for everyday use.
This isn’t standardized honey. It’s tied to bloom cycles, weather, and where the bees are working. Some years are stronger than others. Some harvests are lighter or darker. That variation is part of what makes it real.
Use it however you want. Stir it into tea, spread it on bread, or keep it simple and take it by the spoonful.
