Chaga keeps us moving

Since starting a daily dose of Chaga Tincture several years ago, both my wife and I have been almost totally joint pain free, even after strenuous bike rides or gym classes. Occasionally we have been without our daily tincture for as much as a week or two. While walking El Camino in Spain last fall, we both noticed sore joints were beginning to affect us. After resuming our daily coffees with Chaga Tincture, the discomfort slowly lessened and within 2 weeks we were back to our former minor joint discomfort level.
