Below is a link to our Excel spreadsheet order form and the directions of how to use this form.
1. Click the link and download the form.
2. Rename the form to your Business Name + Order and fill out all asterisk zones on the top of the order form.
3. Only edit the quantities row on the sheet to your desired amounts for the order. It will automatically populate the totals per product and the order total at the bottom of the sheet.
4. Save and Email back to us with any additional information necessary.
