This honey comes from healthy, hardworking bees foraging across Southern Maine. From spring through fall, they move freely through fields, forests, and coastal edges, gathering nectar from a wide mix of wildflowers that give this honey its layered, floral character.

Our honey is raw and unfiltered, taken straight from the honeycomb and gently strained, never pasteurized. That means all the naturally occurring enzymes, pollen, and beneficial compounds remain intact. Just as the bees made it. Straight from the hive to the jar.
Because this is true raw honey, crystallization is natural and expected. If it happens, simply warm the jar gently until it returns to liquid form. It’s not a flaw, it’s a sign you’re holding the real thing.
